Consider coming to the monthly PTA meetings. They are on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 o'clock in the evening. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and be involved in your child's school.

– Mr. Jim Fitzpatrick, Superintendent of CVUSD,will be here to answer questions about what’s going on in the Castro Valley schools.
December 12, 2006
– No Meeting – Happy Holidays!
January 9, 2007
– Meet the Canyon Math teachers. They will discuss the Math curriculum and how to prepare your child so that they will be a successful math student.
February 13, 2007
– Meet the Canyon Science teachers. They will discuss the Science curriculum and preparing your child to be a successful science student.
March 13, 2007
– Mr. Jim Fitzpatrick, Superintendent of CVUSD, will be back to answer questions about Canyon Middle School and also other schools in the district.
