I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Traci Cross. I am the director of CV Can(Castro Valley Community Action Network) a community and school based coalition that is dedicated to creating a future free of substance abuse for Castro Valley Youth. The program is called CV Can, but you may know it by its old name, Healthy Start.

Youth to Youth
· A youth driven program which uses education,
peer support, and fun ..activities to.help young people stay drug-free.
* Monthly, 1st Wednesday of the month 3:15-4:30 in D-11

Game Day
· Various board games, such as Outburst, Checkers, Chess,
.. Uno, for students to play during ...lunchtime.
*Tue/Thurs Lunchtime in D-11. Limited to 35 students.

Math Club
· Student are referred to Math Club by their math teacher/counselor because..they may be missing work, have low test scores, needs extra attention in..math, or does.not understand the math concepts.
